Reconnect Tech Inc. Terms of Use Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Reconnect Tech Inc. By using our internet services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. These terms govern your access to and use of any services and equipment provided by Reconnect Tech Inc., including but not limited to monthly internet services, modem routers, extenders, and other related equipment (collectively referred to as "Equipment").

2. Ownership of Equipment

All Equipment provided to you by Reconnect Tech Inc. remains the property of Reconnect Tech Inc. at all times. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Equipment solely for the purpose of accessing our services.

3. Monthly Internet Service

3.1 Service Plan

Reconnect Tech Inc. offers a monthly internet service plan. The specifics of your service plan, including speed, data limits, and monthly fees, will be detailed in your service agreement or plan documentation. By using our internet service, you agree to pay the monthly fee as outlined in your service agreement.

3.2 Billing and Payment

Your monthly service fee will be billed on a recurring basis on the 14th of each month. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. You agree to provide Reconnect Tech Inc. with accurate and up-to-date payment information. Failure to pay your bill on time may result in service suspension or termination.

3.3 Late Fees

If your payment is not received by the due date, Reconnect Tech Inc. reserves the right to charge a late fee. The amount of the late fee will be detailed in your service agreement or invoice.

3.4 Service Termination

You may terminate your monthly internet service at any time by providing written notice to Reconnect Tech Inc. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. If you fail to return the Equipment within 30 days of service termination, you will be liable for the full cost of the Equipment as outlined in Section 4.

4. Customer Responsibility for Equipment

As a customer of Reconnect Tech Inc., you are responsible for the proper use, care, and return of all Equipment provided to you. This includes ensuring that the Equipment is not damaged, lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised while in your possession.

5. Liability for Equipment Costs

In the event that the Equipment provided to you is not returned within 30 days of termination or cancellation of your service, or is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your possession, you agree to pay the full cost of the Equipment as outlined below

6. Return of Equipment

Upon termination or cancellation of your service with Reconnect Tech Inc., you must return all Equipment to Reconnect Tech Inc. within 30 days in the same condition as when it was provided to you, normal wear and tear excepted. Failure to return the Equipment within this 30-day window will result in your liability for the full cost plus applicable taxes.

7. Payment Terms

If you are liable for the cost of the Equipment, Reconnect Tech Inc. will issue an invoice to you for the full amount plus applicable taxes. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received within the stipulated time frame, Reconnect Tech Inc. reserves the right to take further action to recover the outstanding amount, including legal action if necessary.

8. Modifications to the Terms of Use

Reconnect Tech Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms of Use on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
